Fantastic App
I needed to take some control back of my mind during Covid, and this app is fantastic. The meditation lengths are perfect, the voices are soothing and the categories suit my needs, whether they be focus, pain, sleep or healing. I have always struggled with meditation despite being a yogi. MediMind has made it more accessible to me, and I’m grateful for each moment of peace and comfort the App brings me because the more moments of clarity I have, the greater my chances are for generalized peace of mind instead of generalized anxiety. Absolutely wonderful 💗
My husband and I have tried the sleep 😴 meditation video and neither one of us remember falling asleep. It’s actually helped both of us get into a good habit of going to bed and getting up and into our daily routine at the same time each day after a good nights sleep 💤.

Hello Tranquility
MediMind has been instrumental in helping me manage my anxiety and insomnia during a very stressful period. In August, my mom was diagnosed with a brain tumor so I went to help her before the surgery and after. She had numerous complications and setbacks during the two months I was there. To add to the insanity, while I was serving as my mom’s caregiver and working full time, I found out that I was being let go from my job.
To say that I was overwhelmed is an understatement. A friend suggested that I try MediMind. From day one, I noticed a drastic improvement in my anxiety level. I even fell asleep during the meditations that I did at night, that’s how well they worked.
Since returning home, I have had sporadic problems with anxiety and insomnia. However, when I do a meditation, I feel immediate relief no matter the time of day or night. My personal favorites are Letting Worry Go, Ebb and Flow, and Deep Rest.
I have tried different meditation/mindfulness apps in the past and none of them were as effective as MediMind. I am very grateful for your application. I really feel a sense of peace and relaxation when I use it.
