My prepaid order has not been delivered and the app has already updated the status as delivered even after multiple complaints. Their customer service is pathetic as there is no reply to a single mail sent to them. I’ll be filing a complaint with the consumer court shortly.
Poor delivery system
Fast delivery ka charge lete hai and normal delivery se order bhejte hai. Fraud hai
Finally a good app for Medical Books
Thanks Team Medioks for giving us a long awaited solution to buy genuine medical books at a single place. I loved the app, but there is one issue that I was unable to upload my profile pic in my account, kindly rectify that, overall it works well.
