Synchronisation KO
Tentative de synchronisation de la montre avec l’app. À chaque fois que le pourcentage de synchro arrive proche des 100% l’app plante et la màj ne se fait pas.

Pretty good for the price
Watch works well - decent battery life and quite comfortable to wear. A bit of a fiddle to get paired with iPhone but once done it works well.
Only glitch is the app on phone hangs from time to time - the fix seems to be to reboot my phone. Not a major issue but a bit annoying.

Not the worst app in the world
The app just feels like it’s missing a polish, doing the initial connection is an absolute nightmare but once you’ve done that it’s fairly stable.
Used to work
I don’t know what happened but this app used to work (for the most part) until recently. Now when it’s synchronising it gets to 100% and then about five seconds later the whole thing crashes. Very Disappointing and shows the manufacturers really don’t care much about The dangers of planned obsolescence.

Tracker work on you wrist but rarely connects to the app on iPhone when it will connect it refuses to synchronise and app closes.
Rubbish
Really bad with connecting to the phone and tried multiple times and when it finally does seem to connect there is an error, and will not work. Disappointed :(

Some issues
So, regularly the app ‘drops out’ there are no graphics, you can’t see the history or even the step count for the day/week/year. This is often resolved by allowing the app (on the phone) access to location …. Not sure why the app would need this as it is the wristwatch I’d expect to be doing the measurements. Also no sleep recorded during the day …. As a shift worker this isn’t ideal. Also on the occasions that Bluetooth is switched off for a period the watch and phone need to be “reconnected”. Apart from that I’m enjoying the use of these…. Not unite 10000 steps yet but enjoying the progress.

Not worth bothering with.
After a struggle to get the app to pair with the watch, (days) I finally managed it, after deleting & reloading the app 5 times. I also managed to get data from it on 2 occasions. After that it continually shows synchronised 2 days ago, despite having just updated. Now it freezes and will not display the daily data. I have given up and deleted the app as a waste of my time.

Can’t set2 watches to the same phone
I got 2 s3750 watches and I can only get one working on the phone how do you connect the 2 to the same phone can someone help
Not terrible, but could be a lot better !
The app is very basic and sufficient to use as it gives you your step count and calories burnt daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. You can track your activities too and compete with others who have the watch/app. However every time you open app you have to manually synchronise it to update your activities which I find very annoying as it can take a couple of goes before it works. This needs to be looked at but otherwise it’s an acceptable app.

Fitness app and watch
I only wanted a cheap fitness watch unlike my wife’s more expensive one. I’ve had it for a month now, once I got it to pair with the app on my phone it works ok, the watch could do with being able to activate the app activity on the phone when you start an activity instead of having to start them separately, that said for the price I paid, the watch and app are just as good as the more expensive fitness watch of my wife’s, so having to start the activity on phone and app is a minor inconvenience and once paired and connected works fine, occasionally when I try to sync the watch with the app. It syncs and updates but I get an error message saying it couldn’t connect. I know others have had issues but after my initial pairing issues which seem to have cleared, we’re getting along fine. Hence 4 out of 5 stars, nothing is perfect and as the developer says they ask for ways to improve.

Fit for purpose
It took many attempts to pair it with my iPhone. Kept coming up as error. Used it for about a week now. Not always auto synchronising. Even when it’s updated/ synchronised it shows “last updated 13 HOURS AGO.
