Amazing experience
My nephew left a number of medical documents at home when he went off to work in another state and city. I was able to click pictures of multiple page documents and easily uploaded to his Vault since he added me as his part of his inner circle. Unexpectedly useful feature!
Keeps all my records in one place
I’ve changed health insurance several times over the years and as a result, my records are all scattered across different systems. I can’t answer questions like when I got certain vaccines or treatments.
Now I keep everything in my Mediphant vault and can just ask Elly for the info I need instantly. Huge time saver!!! Love this app!!

Easy Access and Retrieval
For the first time in my entire life, I was able to look up my old health records and have the information ready without having to guess. The app also gave a neat summary of my wife’s health data since she’s in my inner circle. Cool!
