I just did the update as it prompt me too, and now when I log back in and try to do any day besides today, because this is where I get my schedule at I can’t log into any other days and then it just crashes wish I would’ve done the update

I have the iphone 15,this app doesn’t notify when a new trip is on my list! When ever I am doing inspection,and a new trip shows in my list,the inspection disappears and I have to do it agan! Please fix those problems!

This app works when it wants too. Either it freezes or when I look at the route history, the app crashes. The new update doesn’t allow me to clear pickups. What happened to arrive button in the routes? It’s gone.

Constant Permission Prompts Make This App Unsafe and Invasive
As a 1099 contractor for Freedom Shuttle, I’m required to use MediRoutes while driving clients throughout the day. However, this app repeatedly prompts me every few minutes to set my location to “Always On,” even though I already allow access “While Using the App.”
This popup is distracting and persistent—coming up every 5 minutes or less while I’m behind the wheel. That’s not just annoying, it’s a safety issue.

Time keeping
Does not update time when you have to clock in and out multiple times.
I sometimes have to clock in and out 2-4 times a day, and pop up time box will only account for the first clock in and out session.

App is amazing!
App is amazing! It would be really helpful to see at first glance the total money I made from trips in a day, week, and even a month. But at least having it by day would be amazing. Keep up the great work! Thank you.
Failed application
I'm working on it, but it's a complete failure and gets stuck a lot, and if you don't open the site, the app doesn't work. I don't recommend it at all if you have a patient transportation company, this app will make you lose half of your time.
Location tracking
Why is it tracking my location when the app is closed and I’m logged out? That’s super invasive. I e taken to uninstalling it on the weekends and after work every day for privacy. What kind of work app pings your location day and night?!
If drivers could reorder the stops, that would be amazing!
The app is almost perfect! The only frustrating part is that I can’t reroute when dispatch groups members together. It doesn’t allow me to drop off anyone until the entire party has been picked up, even when grouping them isn’t necessary. If drivers could reorder the stops, that would be amazing!

Newest update it orients the phone sideways when getting a patient signature and doesn’t go back until you close the app
Not the best NEMT app
This software has many issues. When these issues are resolved, then invariably more problems turn up.
Creates more problems than it solves !
Unfortunately, I have to use this app for work . It is AWFUL! It doesn’t take time or distance into account! Example : this app will have all pick ups at the same time - despite the fact that they are in multiple cities ! I have to perform everything twice. When canceling a ride , it shows right back up with minutes! Worst app I’ve ever used ! I can’t express enough how horrible this app is ! Save yourself from the headache and pick a different app!

Thanks for the new feature
The new feature makes it easy to see the next day! It’s awesome! But the “View History” option is buggy—it lags or stops when I try to scroll, and after checking a specific trip, when I go back, it takes me to the main screen instead of where I left off.
I use this feature to transcribe my daily trips. Would it be too much to ask if trips could remain accessible for more than a month?
Also, could you add an option to see the total money made?

Almost perfect
The app is almost perfect! However, when checking history, there is no way to review one trip after another. After checking the first trip, the app sends you back to the history page.
Another great addition would be for the app to store at least a month’s worth of history, and even better if it could display the total money earned.
Lastly, adding a button under “Today” that says “Tomorrow” would be a great improvement.

Good tool
Overall a good tool to get around in the NEMT business. However theres space to improve.
When schedule is changed by management then drivers are not aware, no notifications. Then can be problematic to run a clear schedule next day.
Some times wont let you see next day schedule, have to log out and re enter my login info to get access.
I would appreciate a simple tutorial for drivers, as i have to explain everything to a new driver how it works and show YouTube videos.

Please Improve!
Two issues I’m having as a new user:
1. Not having access to signature option- if the first passenger isn’t ready and I go to get a nearby second passenger, I can’t get to the signature page until I either A. Get dispatch to reorder the calls, or B. Wait until I go back and get the first pick up -it’s a hassle to try and go “out of order” -this adds unnecessary steps aka wasted time
2. The ‘call customer’ option links to the pick-up number, which are medical facilities for all return trips -the option should link to the home number, not the pickup number -again, wasted time as I copy the number and open my keypad to paste the number before calling
These two things being fixed would greatly improve my user experience!
