Love this app! I have been using it daily for almost two weeks now, and it has already been so helpful for my mood! The breath pacer is such a creative and useful tool! Can’t recommend enough!

Down to Earth. Calm Voice

I’ve been reluctant to use meditation but had heard over and over how it can help not just improve health and wellbeing, but just make it easier to be happier. Meditation-CRUSH is lowkey and easy to get in to. Now, I really like the guided meditations. Her voice is calming. But I started with just using the gratitude log and it had been just expanding from there. It is worth a try!
