This app is amazing and wonderful! I absolutely love it! There are a huge variety of sounds to choose from and as the description says, it is VERY customizable. You can play a base track (either sound or music) and then choose from a myriad of sounds (nature, chimes, white noise items, delta frequencies...) to add (one or several) to the original sound, each w/ its own customizable volume. THEN, to top it off, you can save your sound creation, choose an icon (there are 20 slots) to represent it and relabel it with your own designation. I don't know if you could add sounds to music you already have, because I don't have any of my own music on my iPad, but it sure seems like you could. You can import music and there are pages for your music list and a favorites page. Oh, and there is a timer feature where you can play a track and it will shut off automatically......I haven't even played w/ everything yet, but I cannot rate this app highly enough. I got this app for free, but I would definitely pay for it. Enjoy!
