Make your own Devotions or use the other Wels App
I try to like it but it’s like they put the minimal effort into it. I get that most synods or religious groups don’t usually have a lot of tech expertise but when it never changes for like forever ? Probably not worth your time. When you download the app? You have to sit through it updating before you log in. Once you log in you have to let it update again. Huh?
I am the one who told them when they send you to look up the Bible resource for reading it sends you to Bible Gateway. They track you around the internet. Thankfully now you see an option telling you. I commend them for that. Unfortunately, they don’t give an option. There are other Bible places that don’t track. Not sure why they chose to do it the way they did.
Wels has another way to do devotions. You download the webpage to your phone. It’s okay but limited. I often have to re download to fix text issues. I am at the point now where I just make my own devotions. Much easier. Come on guys please spend some time fixing things.

This devotional is by far the best one I have read. I like that it is written by pastors. I just wish the email worked.
A glitch
Within the last several weeks the Scripture reading for the devotion has not appeared on my screen. Everything else is there.

The devotions they write for Meditations are wonderful, Christian-based lessons. And this app is so much better than the print version!
The only thing they need to fix is, ever since iOS 14 was released the email link doesn’t work.

I use this daily, a much better option for me than the printed version. Really enjoy it, I just wish I could use it on my other devices.
A Little Extra Incentive
Each week has a different topic that is addressed in 7 individual daily readings during the week. I have used the published version for years to help me gain a different perspective on topics I have read before. I still use it to give me my daily dose of Good News. Very much worth the price when weighed against the help a new perspective may provide. I hope soon to see an audible version as my eyes are starting to give out on me. Thank you for bring this to us.

Meditations Review
The app works well. I like getting MEDITATIONS on my IPad. The reason I use an IPad is that my eyesight requires me to have a large font to enable me to read it easily. The app does not permit me to enlarge the font sufficiently for my needs.

Liked it but question motive of writer
After today's meditation reading...was shocking to read about homosexuality in Jesus teachings. What is wrong with this is Jesus said nothing about homosexuality. And when you say Christians die for being Christians so do gays who didn't ask to be this way. Gays don't kill gays. Religion kills gays. Jesus didn't teach this but your writer is certainly implying which is wrong on so many levels. This is not Christian. Jesus last commandment was to love one another as he loved us. Hate the sin not the sinner.

Unable to subscribe
The app is great but not able to buy when I went to purchase after 10 day free trial. Call company. They said is an apple app. Problem call them. As good as this app could be don't bother. The company doesn't support it's product.

Not user friendly at all...
The subscription fee is ridiculous. $13 for the year when you can get similar/better apps/books for $9.99 with in app purchases never exceeding $2. Paid the subscription fee last year in the hopes of added features and or the ability to share. Did not happen. Wasted $13 and really got nothing for my money. As I Couldn't share any of the information the usefulness of the app for me was wasted. Would not buy from this company again.

It's awesome the only thing I don't like about it, and tons of other devos is that you have to pay for it. When you get it you have to subscribe to get devos, you do get a free trial but that's it. Other than that it's great!

I love this electronic version of the Daily Meditations booklet. I especially like the reminders and morning and evening prayers. Would be even better if it archived the morning and evening prayers.

Just like the printed magazine, but with me all the time on my phone. Way more convenient.
