Outdated

Last improvement was done 3 years ago. Apparently, the company cared very little about this app which more users prefer using as a desktop is not always available.

Needs major update

This should be a relatively simple program to update - the question is why they don’t spend the time to do so. Symplr purchased this app, but has not fixed the known problems.

Seems abandoned

The desktop interface is reasonable. The mobile app, though is poorly thought out and not very user-friendly. I thought I would provide some feedback, and then had to laugh as mostly what I was about to mention apparently goes back six years, SMH. it works, but half an hour of tweaking would make it work so much better.

Should retain credentials, use face ID. Ancient scroll wheel date selection hasn’t been used in any modern app in quite some time. However, could at least default to the current date instead of making me scroll. The ergonomics of selecting minutes is ridiculous; nobody uses decimal minutes. That actually cost me money until I realized what it’s doing. It’s very easy to add time to the wrong account.

Again, it’s not rocket science. It’s logging hours. It’s close to working just fine but it would be great if somebody polished it just even a little bit.

Poor in updates and needs fixes

This app has not been updated in a long time. Still no faceID login. Still also entering dates is so backwards. Show a calendar pop up instead of the old style rolling date picker. Why are you allowing entry of years decades in the past and future?? Make it more streamlined. When adding new hours, default to Today’s date! Very clunky and tired interface overall

Very basic app missing key features

You can tell that this app was slapped together with very little planning or effort. Basic functions like remembering your username are missing.

Needs work

Clumsy to use.

1) today's date needs to be the default when logging a new item

2) login/password should be saved so you don't have input it every time you start the program

3) utilize spell check and/or auto correct

Gets the job done.

The app is useful, and fairly easy to use to log TERMS on the go.

The latest version of the app has lost some features that I found helpful in the past.

1. Username remaining in the sign on field, so it didn't need to be re-entered at each log on.

2. Automatic selection of today's date when entering the data. The app is mobile and folks are more likely to be entering there data real time than in the web based app)

Less functional, worse navigation

The app is less functional now than it used to be. It's more difficult to locate timesheets and to enter time using the iPhone. For example when doing a new entry, if you start to type information, and if you find an error, when you try to highlight the text to modify it it automatically scrolls to the end of the line. You also cannot copy information forward from other entries.
