Extrem de înceată
Nu prea reușesc să folosesc această aplicație, e extrem de înceată. De multe ori nu se mai încarcă deloc secțiunile și rămâne blocat. Altfel, ar fi ok ca și funcționalități. În același timp, aș recomanda înlăturarea animației de la început, again, prea lung timpul de așteptare doar cat să intri în aplicație…

folosesc de mulți ani aplicația. Dar astăzi îmi spune ca trebuie să fac update-ul și nu reușesc!!!!
Slowest app crashed a lot
While being the slowest app it crashed like a few times, after that I couldn't select anything in the dropdown list for an appointment .Had to restart the app a few times to finally make it "work". Take a look at other medical services(not saying names but a queen) app and improve this one. The interface is slow and outdated, not user friendly.

Review for the app
This is a review for the app not for the services offered. This is such an old style app, feels like it hasn’t been refreshed in a decade. The app is very slow, sometimes it doesn’t work at all and other times I need to open and close it multiple times just to be able to make an appointment. It would really need un update.

App extremely difficult to use
The app is extremely difficult to use and not user-friendly at all. The interface feels heavy and poorly designed. You can’t even apply basic filters or see a doctor’s rating, which makes it very hard to choose the right specialist.
Even though I have a subscription, I’m still asked to pay for certain services. For example, I cannot book a consultation together with another related service — the app forces me to make two separate appointments, which is very inconvenient.
Overall, the app is very frustrating to use and needs significant improvement in terms of functionality and user experience.

Se putea mai bine
A fost ok până acum câteva săptămâni. Acum efectiv vreau să fac o programare și nu găsești să faci programare. Adică în loc să îți sugereze primul loc liber la un medic te plimbi în calendar de la o zi la alta și zice ca nu e loc în acea zi. Dai de la zi la zi când în sfârșit după 30-60 zile găsești locul liber sau la unele specializări de loc. Mi se pare un bug sau un downgrade total.

Needs bug fixes, a lot of lags while scrolling and it keeps randomly updating and block itself while changing views

Eu am venit de la Regina Maria si comparativ, interfața MedLife nu e așa de intuitivă si practică ca la regina. Spre ex am abonament dar nu e clar de ce la unii medici, clinici intră același serviciu în abonament dar la altul nu. Nu poți face interconectivitate cu calendarul în cazul unui consult, nu primești notificări legate de remindere ale unui consult. Se mișcă mai greoi, nu are acel smoothness. Deocamdată strict din perspectiva de user interface si experience mai au de lucru comparativ cu competiția.

Aplicația este la nivelul anilor 2000 ca aspect și mod de funcționare. Poate e momentul pentru un refresh

The app doesn’t load
This is one of the worst experiences with a health app I’ve ever had. In addition to having to close and open the app at least 10 times because nothing actually loads when I tap on something, after the 10th time I open it again, it tells me it had an error. That’s why I uninstalled it.

The app is very slow and the interogations take a lot of time. There is no clear calendar for doctors to see all their available slots. For severals days in december the booking was not responding and there was no error or notification.
