Has error
My prescription has been added to the app and shows 1 Supply Remaining. However, it's inactive in the app, and I have no way to purchase the medicine through the app.
Can’t order scripts
On ausscripts they state you can have your script delivered. You can’t there’s no option. So you sign up give all your details and nothing.
Really buggy app
Would’ve thought this would be rid of bugs by now. Such a shotty app. Stressful to use 😅

I wish this service existed for my entire life! As a person with a chronic condition I’ve had my fair share of long wait times, doctors appointments, pharmacists and doctors grilling me and making me feel guilty for even needing medication (even though my condition is life long)
Now with this app, I am able to avoid all that anxiety and stress and simply log into MedMate whenever I am due for my medication refills.
The reviews are very thorough and fast. I’ve not had a single issue thus far with any of my prescriptions; I usually receive a SMS with my e-script within a couple of hours which I then just scan when I swing by my local pharmacy. Such an easy and MUCH needed service for people with chronic illnesses! I thank you and your team so much for filling a gap in patience care that I thought could never be filled until I came across your website…

Useless
I have tried and tried to change my password as I forgot it but there is no where on the page that says forgot password so im stuck even tried to open a new account that didn’t work as I already have one but can’t change the password RIDICULOUS
Bugged
Scripts button closes the app so I cannot access my scripts. Useless.
App crashes when opening the prescriptions tab.
The app would crash every time when I tap on the prescriptions tab. Please fix it to make the app useable.
It couldn’t delivery medicine
No delivery for prescription medicine. I have spent 2 hours to fixing the delivery problem. But it turns out the pharmacy called me and said it couldn’t not delivery prescription medicine. I have to come and pick it up in the shop. Crying. I just had procedure this morning and I couldn’t drive. I have to walk to the pharmacy :(

Excellent service, I recommend it 100%
Expensive, cancelled delivery, pay extra
Delivery is expensive as is. Then after two hours of waiting, I get a message saying the delivery is not serviceable, and to pay $12 extra for a cab delivery. Exploiting sick people who require delivered medication.

Really love the concept of the app, but it is unfortunately bugging out too much for it to be functional.
The home page, with header ‘Find a Pharmacy’, is currently an unloaded screen. I’m unable to browse local pharamcies.
Also, within account profile > delivery addresses, this page’s input boxes is also not responding when touched.
I’d really love to get to use your app, and happy to supply photos and screen recordings to assist your developers in resolving this.
Can’t wait for future updates!

Super impressed!
I placed an order with Medmate this afternoon after waiting over a week for Chemist Warehouse to process my script online. Less than an hour after ordering, I had my medication delivered for the exact same cost as CW with virtually no wait time. Very impressed with the ease of service and will use again in future. Great idea and service
What a great idea this is. Being in isolation and not being able to get some medication was very frustrating. Heard an add on the radio for medmate and decided to give them a try. Best decision I made. I had the medication I needed with an hour. Will be using this service from now on.
Needed asthma inhaler
I needed an asthma pump urgently and looked around the interweb. Found Medmate and placed an order with a pharmacy nearby. Got delivered in an hour.

Not suitable
I was looking for an app to manage escripts. This wants me to use one of their pharmacies and seems there are none near me in Western Australia.

Ordered with the promise of immediate delivery, got a text saying they couldn’t deliver it because it was too late (it wasn’t, it was well within the timeframes stated) and that they would do so first thing in the morning. It’s now 3:26 pm and I do not have my order and can’t find anyone who will let me know what is going on with it. There is no phone number to call, and the texts come from fake numbers that you can’t respond to or call. I have emailed and got no response. The only option on their website is a web form, not exactly ideal when you’re offering same day delivery services.

This one is on us. We tired our best to get your order to you but had to move the order to differnt pharmacies to make sure there was stock. Our messaging to you was not great in this instance. Our delivery service is between 9am-9pm and for us to service, the order needs to be processed an hour prior to the pharmacy closing and they need to have stock. In this instance, the pharmacy had closed and when we called them the next day, they did not have stock. Our phone number comes through to you on the email confirmation and is also available on Google, but we take your point around making our contact information more visable. We use a text message service rather than use our staff's own phone numbers. These numbers are not fake; you can reply to them and we do receive and respond via text.
Amazing service
Great app, only issue is i can’t see how to upload a paper script, but with the new escripts it’s so simple to use.
I’m currently in quarantine in an apartment building and this app has been a lifesaver for me. The delivery price is very affordable and I can order OTC and prescription items from my local Priceline Pharmacy at the same time.

Thanks for your feedback. The current laws, state that paper scripts need to be given to the pharmacy that dispenses the meds. As such, we cannot offer express delivery with paper scripts as our deliver partner is not allowed to take the script from you on delivery.
Does not work with voice-over screen reader iOS.
People who are blind will not be able to take advantage of this application. The voice-over screen reader does not allow people who are blind to get past the login screen without assistance. Developer needs to make massive improvements. Developer should test voice-over screen reader by finding voice-over screen reader under vision in the accessibility settings on iOS devices.
