The developers have full time jobs, as declared in the “about” section of the APP. So, no readily available help.
No directions are in the APP. This wouldn’t bother me since it is easy to use, this two stars.
There is a way to enter “as needed” meds but no way to show you took them. Another reason for two stars.

Ideal for when you have a lot to track
This app can really make your life so much easier. If you have lots of medications to track, this app will not let you forget them. Highly recommended!
Very useful
I’ve used this app for myself as well as my toddlers! With twins this app was quite helpful in reminding me to alternate Motrin and Tylenol for their most recent fevers.
Easy to use
I entered my medications and got up and running quickly. The view of my reminders is nice and clear. I really like it so far.
