The MEDSTUDIO connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from MEDSTUDIO. Receive meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle support and motivation.
As a MEDSTUDIO client, you’ll receive the specific info of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with a MEDSTUDIO provider. Connect with MEDSTUDIO by personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for MEDSTUDIO clients. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. MEDSTUDIO uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor programs to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with directly with you.
