Log in stay not working as promised
Im using this app as the ray tech.
I can’t understand why they have option “stay logged in” and they never keep you stay in? Every single time i must spend 5 min to log in back. It is extremely annoying

2022: Doesn’t work on iPhone anymore
I’ve had this app for years. It’s free and they provide a needed service so I don’t complain about the issues over the years but it has not worked on iPhone for months. It’s almost unusable because you can’t even access it through the web on iPhone because they force you into the app. Must be on my computer to access messages. PLEASE FIX!

Worst App
Have to delete and reinstall multiple times a week. If my company didn’t use I would never! The single star is bc it “supposedly” is hipaa compliant, otherwise it’d be zero.
Very Efficient App
I like this app and how easily I can communicate with my doctor, and she with me. It has a lot more features than I’ll ever use!
Certainly meets all my requirements
I use it because our company uses it. A small six person counseling group run by an incredibly efficient and intelligent woman, this app allows me to send information without worrying about hippa violations.
Not Optimized for iPhone 12 Pro
The menu at the bottom of the screen overlaps with the home bar.

This app is Hipa compliant and pretty easy to use. My only complaint is that I have to enter my password every time I login with my iPhone XR; it won't remember the PW
Crashes
I got this app today (Aug 12,2020) This app has crashed whenever I try to view a new message.
Bad for company’s
Been working for a private emt and directly used MEDTUNNEL for over 14 months and I can say I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. This app is very glitchy across all devices new or old, IOS or Android. Does not sent messages properly. Sometimes crews won’t receive messages I sent as well. Hard to use if you can’t even message between one another.

App is easy to use that allows me to communicate.with my doctor.
Pretty good for free hippa app
Its ok. I preferred VSee (which also does video / telemedicine) but thats expensive to have Business Assoc Agreement.
I like that you can send email securely to any email. Wish you could give ppl a hint for password like protonmail or give option to not use pw if not necessary.

Does exactly what we need
We have been needing an app that will allow us to be HIPAA compliant while communicating with doctors. This does all that and more. Thank you. And when I reached out with an issue with the app your group was quick to respond and fix it. Great app.

Logs you out constantly
Crashes a lot, constantly having to log back in. Occasionally have to reboot the phone to get it to login.
You can be actively using the app throughout the day and it’ll ask you to log back in.
This app is terrible and the ring tone now causes me to wince because of the pain of using the app.

It logs me out almost daily, & I hate the notification tone!
Regret getting this app.
Hangs up constantly. Not user friendly. Not a fan.
