Useless with no access to support
I'm forced to write a review here as I can't obtain a support email address. Please provide a full refund as this app simply doesn't work. Error message 'can't connect to server' each time the app is opened and the navigation is unresponsive or simply doesn't work. Back button and most of the top bar buttons do not work at all!

Remote playback still not working....
....and to be honest it never did
Not worth upgrading to Pro
App doesn't do anything more than the free version. Remote playback has never worked across any of the updates. Has issues with screen orientation on iPhone 6 and iPad Air. Stick with the free version!

App crashing and freezing
App is still freezing on live view - have just wasted 3 hrs tracing back incident from this morning and when I went to record the playback it crashed again. Please get this app fixed ASAP.
