I've been trying to make a account for months but I never received the confirmation email tried multiple emails and still nothing
Never turned up after a confirmed booking
I downloaded the app, entered the details of my ride and requested a taxi. It came back within minutes as ‘confirmed’. However, it never turned up. My first and last experience wasn’t good. Avoid like COVID!
