Sloppy but Functional
The app is a companion to the Meeple Circus board game, and in that respect it works just fine. Playing the music is dependent on making sure your phone isn’t on silent, but that’s understandable enough.
What I don’t understand, though, is why camera access is required. The app only plays music for the performances and provides rules summaries. It’s not like you use the camera to evaluate and score your performances. You can deny camera access and still use the app, but there’s an annoying overlay obscuring the screen a bit.
Also, in the rules summary, the second Strong Man guest star card displays the rules for the Tightrope Artist.

App works great and has way more functionality I was expecting. I love meeple circus and I’m glad I do t have to use the website for the music any longer. Looks great on iPhone X!
