Just downloaded, not working

I just downloaded the app this morning and it’s not working. I get a screen that says Oops, it’s being worked on by developers. Shouldn’t that happen at night or at times when most users aren’t interacting with the app? There should be a message that pops up telling us when the app will be up and running again. Common sense end user information that should be shared! 😔
