Great but could be better
Greatly enhances our experience of galas but the UX of the app is still funky.
There seem to be multiple routes to the same data leading to a sense of being lost.
The experience of receiving a result notification is stressful. I find myself unable to trust the view after the initial tap, and routinely exit that view and find a new reliable route back to the same place. That seems to be more clear and reliably up to date.
The UX should be tested under real event conditions to ensure the user always knows if they are viewing complete data and stays oriented within the implied data structure.

Very helpful to know my swimming times and they just notify me the times !!! And you can see your friend’s swimming times as well !!!

Worth it
Any parent attending meets needs to have this app to follow their child's progress & to know what's happening at each meet.

This app is the death of the swim world. It is inconsistent, inaccurate on at least 40% of the results, late in its reports, and just overall terrible. The developers need to get with the times. At this point, just spend the money on a heat sheet and jot down your swimmer's times. A complete waste of money.

Way too slow
I have used this app for a few years, and to my surprise it has a 5‑star rating, seriously? Normally, I would rate it 3 stars for basis functions, but today it deserves only 1 star. This weekend I needed to use it for my kids, and each click/touch took a couple of minutes to display the information that I needed. This is not workable and not acceptable. Please fix it as soon as possible.

Look for yourself. Do you think it’s worth it for the issues laid out by other users? Reminder- this is a paid app for information that is readily available for FREE! and I don’t mean a dollar or two. This is expensive and you don’t know it until you start using the app and see all the pay walls

This app is great except the event times like when it starts at 5:00 pm but the event started like 800 hours earlier
