Major Updating Problems over the past 2 weeks
Not sure WHY this issue keeps happening! On the Eastcoast, in the Midwest and again out on the Westcoast!!!!!

Great added functionality but error code 35000 is a mystery to the support team. Server resources seem to be taxed.
Not reliable!
This app has not been reliable the last year. During championships when we need to use this app the most for prelims/finals it is not working. Big 10 swimming championships it was an issue. SCY championships issue. Long course championships now issues. Someone make a better app for swimming! This is outdated and no longer meeting needs.

Can we go back to how it was before the latest update. There’s too much spacing. I can no longer see all the events at once without have to scroll down.

Great Sport App
Meet Mobile is excellent. Every parent with an athlete should use it to monitor performance on the go. Great app!
Inconsistent
I’ve been paying for a subscription for several years. App HAD been a very useful tool and must have for this swim parent. This past year 2025-2026 this app has not earned its keep and I’ll be looking for a better tool.
Never up to date
I have to use this app for two or three events a year. It is always inaccurate never up-to-date and makes the app subscription useless. The whole point of the subscription is to be able to keep up with the meat. If you cannot keep up with the Meet, then the subscription is not useful. I see people saying that it is because the information is not updated by the officials at the meet. That is an app problem if you’re going to use the app and requires a subscription then you need to have safeties in place to make sure Meet officials keep everything updated. Or you cannot charge.

Unable to login, not worth the paid subscription
The app stopped recognizing my username and password, despite having an active paid subscription. The reset password link never was sent to my email despite multiple attempts. Emailed support but have not heard back.

Great app but it cost money to view times
Really Amazing App
I’ve been using this app since I got my phone, and it’s been so easy to use. There’s no more need to track the heat sheets or wondering what official time you got, all you have to do is wait a few seconds and your time and place pops up. You can favorite swimmers and teams which makes finding meets so much easier. You can track the different events and where you are accurately, and see how many points you get in a meet.

Active Passport login system - poor quality
Terrible experience. I have an active paid annual subscription, but I can’t even log into the app. To make things worse, after introducing the ridiculous Active Passport login system, the password reset doesn’t work either.
I’m paying for a service that I can’t access. This should have been tested before forcing users to migrate to a new login system. Very disappointing.
