MeetBoard is a shared calendar for teams. Schedule an event once and the whole organisation sees it — no e-mail threads, no "who, when and where". WHAT IT DOES • A shared team calendar with month, week and day views • Assign events to specific people, each with their own colour • Recurring events: daily, weekly and monthly, with an end date • Event locations defined by your team • Push notifications when an event is created, changed or deleted, plus reminders • Offline mode: changes are saved on the device and sync automatically once you are back online • Administrator tools: invite employees and manage locations • Fully translated into Polish and English WHO IT IS FOR Small and medium teams working from one schedule — clinics, workshops, agencies and service businesses. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS Your organisation's administrator creates the account and sends an e-mail invitation. The app contains no in-app purchases and individual users are charged nothing — access is paid for by the organisation under a separate agreement. PRIVACY Data is stored on Google Cloud in the Warsaw region, within the European Economic Area. You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account.
