I converted my whole team - we love it!
This app now belongs to my prestigious “must haves” list. I’ve shared it with so many people who don’t bother checking it out the first time. Good thing I’m ceaseless with the reminders and when they FINALLY take the time to see what Meeter is all about, the response always ends with them having downloaded it and thanking me. So now I have to thank Meeter for being an awesome app and also feeding my need for positive feedback

Time and anxiety saving device
Allowed me to be on time (sometimes even a few minutes before) and changed my quality of work life for the better
Meeter is AWESOME
It’s the only app that puts my next meeting time in the Mac’s top status bar. Plus it gives me useful dropdown info and notifies me when a meeting is starting.
Meeter stopped working and shows that it is still running even though it is a ghost not working
Very frustrating to spend my day trying get meeter to work on Mac book Pro OS Tahoe with no luck. It. Used to be helpful and I am pretty sure I paid for it to as well. I would avoid it until maybe they can make it work with Tahoe.

My first install on any new Mac
Meeter is one of those tools that I absolutely have to have. Not only can I see when my next meeting (across multiple platforms!) is scheduled for, but I can jump into it with a click. Saves so much time and SO many wasted tabs.

Helps me stay on top of all my meetings and quickly switch to the next meeting on my calendar and seem like I actually am organized (Secret: I am not) and not running around with my head chopped off.
Doesn’t work. Broken
Won’t load calendars, or even keep calendar preference when selected. Doesn’t work. Seems like abandoned software.
simple, easy, keeps you on task
I love meeter. I downloaded it, and its basically does everything for me without me even trying. Holds all my meetings on various platforms in one place, has a count down to my next meeting at the top of my desktop. Overall its just a fantastic one click tool.

Trash app installed but unable to open. Unable to delete because it says it’s running. Again, trash!
Doesn’t always recognise links properly
My work uses “Outlook Advanced Threat Protection” and Meeter can’t see meeting links if they’re obscured with this technology, so the meetings don’t show up in my menu bar unless I tick “all meetings”. I’d love to see this addressed in a future version.
AMAZING app to track meeting
Everything an app for keeping track of meetings should be. It displays how long ‘till the next meeting in the Mac menu bar, has warning that can be set to alert you 5 or 10 min before the meetings, etc. So it’s customisable and I have never experienced a bug while I had it installed for a couple years now

Good but broken
Would be 5 stars if they fixed 1) notifications not working [MAJOR ISSUE], specifically the notification sound. and 2) when opening up the top bar dropdown, allways start at the current/next-up meeting when opening the list [minor issue] as it is very easy to forget you scrolled through it, and then click into the wrong meeting.

Search for the FAQ if you are using Google Calendar
I use Fantastical which is linked to my Google calendar, and it is set to be the default calendar app. Meeter uses Apple Calendar, so you need to add your Google Calendar in Apple Calendar to make Meeter work. It's really very simple, but read the FAQ on their website for full details.

In the world of remote working where back-to-back meetings feel like a conveyor belt of your pressence, I find Meeter so useful.

Who doesn't enjoy one-stop shoppping?!
I downloaded this primarily because I end up being a minute or two late to internal and external calls until I can open a meeting invite and click on the correct meeting link (I'm a mac user using the calendar app). Seeing the countdown timer for my next call in my menu bar is better than any meeting reminder. And being able to simply click on the Meeter icon and join my next call ensures that I'm always on time.
