Looks better than it is
It was awsome at the beginning but most of the offers i have seen have job application outside of the app which destroyes the experience. Also there is not that much offers for designers
Low visibility
The values of the app are very nice but the practice is terrible. Not really a game changer when you still have to go and apply on the company’s website… and, they don’t even have the offer available anymore.

Die App lotst einen durch interaktive Fragen um damit sein Profil zu vervollständigen. Danach findet man sich in einer (auf der ersten Blick) übersichtlichen Benutzeroberfläche. Danach kann man weder ein Profilbild, noch Website oder weitere Informationen über einen selbst einfügen. Man wird von der App darauf hingewiesen und plötzlich ist man gesperrt und kann sich erst nach 30 (!!!!) Tagen wieder „bewerben“.
Total sinnfrei, ich konnte daraus leider kein Nutzen ziehen. Was die App schlussendlich von mir wollte, weiß ich bis jetzt nicht. Man wird einfach gesperrt und wird mit spammails bombardiert.
Zur Jobsuche selber kann ich nicht viel sagen, da mir immer wieder die gleichen angezeigt wurden. Spezifischere Suche ist nicht möglich.

Only app for smartphones
Even though the idea is good, there is no website or iPad version of the app, which isn’t very convenient, and it makes me use other services
Are you planning to relocate for work? The app support team may suspend you.
I’m in a job search for the purpose of relocating to The Netherlands. To my surprise, my account got suspended because “the location in which I currently am doesn’t match the I registered in the app search.” So I’m now allowed to search for jobs outside of my current city? What is worse is that suspension lasts one month, which of course, is a wait way too long for someone who is in a job search. The app have potential, but product team doesn’t seem to comprehend their user’s basic needs.

Leaves little room for non-standard cases
I just love how this app assumes that right now you have a job and doesn’t even consider the possibility that you’re looking for a job because you don’t have one. Or that you don’t have experience in your field.
It doesn’t ask for a CV or a short description of what you can do or even your LinkedIn profile (and you can’t list it yourself), it only suggests some options from the list which are mostly programming languages and tools (whereas you inputted that you’re a QA but didn’t tick the automatisation box). So the only skill I could realistically choose is Windows 🤪 There are no testing tools listed, not even Jira, only languages which are not needed for manual QA testing.
Considering all these, I have no idea how HRs are supposed to choose someone from the list since this app doesn’t provide any opportunities to stand out from the crowd.

No way to restore you profile after reinstall
And it continues to message me with "you have unread messages", but logging in I get freshly new profile again and again
Misleading
I saw this ad on instagram saying “let recruiters find you, you wont have to apply to jobs, they’ll come for you”. I saw it a zillion times so I thought I’d give it a go. Not only there’s very little options in my country (if you’re gonna show me 10 offers a month you might as well just not show me any) but also no recruiters have reached out to me and I’m not even interested in the very few job offers I see on this app. A waste of time at best, really.

Great idea, needs a lot of improvements
First of all, the app is very slow, you have to wait for at least 3-5 seconds after you press any button for something to happen. Also, even though there is a feature that allows you to save jobs you like, when you go to the saved jobs, you can only see the last three added, and the rest are gone forever.

A good app but it will be better with dark mode

Why do you only advertise for Ukrainian refugees within the app when there are other refugees who have and are still going through much worse conditions? You should offer your ‘free relocation support’ to others too if you respect diversity! If you disagree, then do your research.

Absolutely useless app. I didn’t mind lengthy registration process but after that I expected any sort of action. I received absolute silence. After “using” this app for a couple of months I deleted it. Waste of time
Doesn’t work for me
You cannot add your employer if there aren’t others already on the app from this employer? - this is what it seems like.
Job search is very limited, you get offered job opportunities only in the same exact line of what you put as your current job. Where is the option to want to work in something new?

The app is not working at all
The idea to have the jobs listing in an App and put all my data, sound for me existing but when I see how is the result there is not any result! For 4 moths I was checking and applying but not comms not contact. It was not successful
Useless app! Save your time and stick to traditional sites
I do not understand why anyone would waste their time with this app. After downloading it, you HAVE have a LinkedIn profile to proceed with registration. And to make things worse you can’t even apply for jobs in the App!!
All it does is take you to the recruiting companies website. As a company I would not waste time using this.

Impossible to filter offers
Every time I select filters for job offers in ‘search’ tab, specify ‘seniority’ and click ‘next’ the following message occurs, – ‘Oh no…you have stumbled upon a bug. 😔 Our exterminators are on it 🔥’.
When this message hits it’s impossible to leave the screen since the whole area becomes inactive. Then I remove the app from the task manager and restart — the problem remains the same.
I’m experiencing this issue for more than a month and therefore I can’t use the app
