Meeting End Reminders: The one missing tool for professionals who need a heads-up before calendar meetings ends, so you can wrap up on time instead of running over. LIVE COUNTDOWN Open the app and you immediately see a live countdown for the meeting that's currently happening or the next one about to start — with the meeting title, calendar, and exact end time. LIVE ACTIVITY Opt in per-calendar and the countdown also appears in the Dynamic Island, on the Lock Screen, and in StandBy mode when your phone is on a charger or MagSafe dock. The Live Activity ends automatically when the meeting does. UP TO TWO ALERTS PER MEETING For each calendar you can set as many as two alerts. Each one fires a chosen number of minutes before the meeting ends — or exactly AT the end of the meeting. For example: a nudge 10 minutes before to start wrapping up, and a second alert right at the end time. TWO ALERT MODES • Reminders: alerts appear in the iOS Reminders app's default list. They play your iOS reminder alert sound and respect your notification and Focus settings. • Alarms: schedules actual iOS alarms (using Apple's AlarmKit framework, new in iOS 26). They play your default alarm sound full-screen and bypass Silent Mode and Focus modes. Use this when you really, really need to know a meeting is wrapping up. KEYWORD FILTER Tag specific meetings with title keywords (e.g. "Free, Call Update, Gen4") so only meetings whose title contains one of those words trigger an alert. Multi-word phrases work. Case-sensitive. Leave it blank to include every meeting. Add "##" to a single meeting's title to opt that one out. LIVE UPDATES Alerts react in real time to calendar changes — as long as you leave the app running in the background. Add a meeting on your laptop, sync to iCloud, and within seconds the matching reminder appears on your phone. PRIVACY All processing happens entirely on your device. No accounts. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. The app makes zero network requests of any kind. Your calendar data never leaves your phone.
