Why stuck seeing areas nearby?
Cant change setting to global so now only 2 options whereas this morning I caught one half the world away. Can you please reset distance setting otherwise great!!
Great but have some suggestions
This is my go-to app since I moved to a big city to find meetings. Because there are so many & I’m still learning my way around, it would be super helpful to have a “notes” feature to help me keep track of which mtgs are which, people from the mtgs etc. It would also be incredibly helpful to have details such as where in the church/building the meetings are, like the room & floor so I’m not wandering all over the place trying to find it, especially at night where it’s dark & not necessarily safe… thanks for a great app

Great source to find meetings
One of the best ever
Website meeting finder more useful for in-person UK users
Pros:
very simple UI and easy to use.
Online meeting finder is global, so great for finding a meeting any time of the day.
Cons:
Only able to filter in person meetings by time not distance.
News isn’t relevant to UK users.
AA-London.com website featured which isn’t regularly updated and often holds incorrect meeting info, in my experience.

What the heck?!
Downloaded your new update and now it only shows one meeting for each day of the week, and it’s the same meeting.
Great Resource - Irritating UI
This app is great for finding meetings but it can be quite frustrating to use - especially when theres no other quality options. I’ve included a list of my gripes below. Nothing too major, and definitely something that the devs could improve upon.
Gripes:
1.) The search results do not hold your place in the (sometimes quite long) list of meetings and require users to scroll all the way back down to where you were after clicking on a meeting and returning to the search results
2.) I would greatly appreciate a personal notes section for each meeting to write down important info about it. There are so many meetings, and it can be hard to keep track of them. I REALLY would like to be able to note travel time & directions or other things to remember about specific meetings. Especially since Im normally looking at the app trying to determine which is the most feasible to attend that day without getting frustrated looking up the same address over and over and over again.
3.) Results Sorting: Currently, the app only sorts results by time, when distance would be a great option to select. In reference to gripe #1, this would result in less irritated scrolling
4.) “Add to Calendar” function only works for your default phone calendar - no preferred app options. Additionally, it will add the meeting to whatever section of your calendar app you last used. This has lead to the app adding my AA meetings to my WORK calendar which is VISIBLE to my coworkers.
5.) “Get Directions” option: An option to select directions to the meeting the redirects to your selected preferred map app would save so much time and frustration if users could quickly see the travel time/options when searching for meetings.
Anyways, these are my thoughts. I would be incredibly grateful and happy to see these things improve.

Sorely in need of additional features
Why can’t I get the grapevine or AA approved literature here? Why can’t I donate to GSO here? Why doesn’t it have a sobriety counter?

I love the Meeting Guide app! Simple open it and it will show you all of the meetings near you on the current day. Looking for a different place or day? That is easy to do. Whenever you need a meeting, this app helps you find it. It is a true ally for sober living.
So helpful but…
Could be done better on the locations and times. Pictures of places would be helpful. And details of what kind of meeting it is

This app has given me the ability to go to a meeting at any time. It is invaluable for my sobriety. Can’t recommend highly enough!
This is generally a great app
Works great helped me get sober but has one major glitch if you set the location to Manhattan, New York using the location or if you set it using the ZIP Code, it shows you different results so like half the meetings won’t pop up if you show it by ZIP Code and then the other half won’t show up if you show up by location like current location. Please fix this.

Super helpful to find another great meeting
Staying sober day by day…this app helps each time I need it. Can’t recommend it enough for use by those new needing to find a meeting or those sober 24Hrs+ looking for something different or new.

I tried downloading this app, but couldn’t until I entered my payment information!!!!! Why does AA need my payment info.?

This is the time to utilize this application. No in app purchases . Just ask your home group or meeting to support AA World Services when doing a local support as well

Never thought I’d find something that actually works for me. This really works. I never gave it a try now. I have AA all day every day no matter where I go saving my life. And my marriage.💪🏾💪🏾
