Great for dialing into meetings
I am only using this app to dial into our bridge meetings because our Exchange Server is not allowed externally. So essentially it’s just being used to dial a number then wait a few seconds then dialing the conference code and pressing the # symbol. Doing this task it does perfectly. I also tried other dialers and it was not intuitive enough. So if you’re just looking for a simple diaper then this app will work.

Effectively jump from one call to the next with literally a push of a button. I also love the reminder feature that will SAVE YOU from missing that role call by being late. Great app! I recommend to all my colleagues!

Unable to connect to server
I used this app for a while and loved it. I had to rebuild my phone and after I installed the latest version all I get is unable to connect to server.
How did I manage before Meeting Mogul?
Not very well. This app makes dialing in to conference calls a breeze.
CarPlay is the fifth star
Love this app. If only it had that elusive CarPlay integration. Life would be a lot easier. I’d like meetings to pop up in the car with the same super easy join experience.

Super easy and effective app
I love using this app to help me manage my conference calls that I have to take on the road. One click and I’m connected. No more pulling over and trying to find numbers and dialing sequences. The app is super smart that it finds the right numbers. On occasion it doesn’t pick it up correctly but it is easy to modify.

Used to be great, but past month has been glitchy
Has been great for past couple of years, but over a month ago started acting up... when I click on the app to dial into a meeting, it’s completely blank. Have to shut the app down completely and when I reopen, the meetings reappear, very annoying, especially when you’re running late for a conference call!

Doesn’t work anymore
Used everyday for months happily. Then one day, totally broken. Contacted support but got no response.

This app is so good I’m not sure I will ever dial another conference call number by hand again. It syncs so fast with my calendar even the latest updates show up. It seems to learn how to handle unique dialing strings using feedback and edits I provide. This was my TOP productivity increasing app for last year. Nice job!!!

Very useful
I’ve been using Meeting mogul for a while in my consulting business and it has worked very well. It does a very good job (not perfect) of detecting the correct call numbers and meeting IDs from calendar entries. Any mistakes can be overcome by manually saving the correct numbers. I like the meeting notifications too.

Life saver
No need to remember phone numbers and meeting ID codes. I’ve been using this for a few years and it’s worked 100% of the time without issues. Great app.

Updated my phone and the app is now not working. Will not sync with my work email that I had synced.
