About

MeetPlanner finds the hour a distributed team can actually meet. Add the people you need and the city each one works from, and the app scores all 24 hours of the day against everyone's working hours at once. You get one slot, a timeline that shows exactly why it won, and a summary you can send to everyone. It opens with New York, London and Tokyo already in the room, so the whole idea is on screen before you have added anybody. WHAT YOU CAN DO Add up to eight people, each pinned to a city, from a list of 81 cities across 54 countries and 66 time zones. Search that list by city, by country or by zone name, so "japan", "asia" or "york" all find something. Read the winning slot as one UTC time, with a plain verdict under it and two counts: how many people are inside working hours, and how many would be asleep. Set your working window with a stepper, any start and end between 00:00 and 23:00, and watch every score move with it. Read the overlap timeline row by row, with each person's local hour printed in every cell and coloured for working hours, the hour either side, off hours and asleep. Tap any hour column to lock a different slot when the top pick does not suit. Follow a live marker across the timeline as the day moves, and read each person's current local time, UTC offset and zone abbreviation on their card, in a 12 or 24 hour clock. Save a plan under a name, keep it in a saved list that shows its people and the UTC slot you chose, and delete the ones you are done with. Share a summary that lists every participant's local time, zone abbreviation and local date, with the UTC line at the bottom. WHO IT IS FOR Remote and distributed teams running a standup, a sprint review or a client call across continents. Managers whose reports sit in three countries. Freelancers and agencies working with clients abroad. Anyone who has booked a call at 4am for somebody else without meaning to. PRIVACY MeetPlanner makes no network requests of any kind. There is no account, no sign up, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the app asks for no permissions. Your participants, your saved meetings and your settings are held on your device and stay there. Every offset is read from your device's own time zone data for the current date, so daylight saving is already accounted for. Open it on iPhone or iPad, in light or dark, following your system setting. Please note: the overlap grid works in whole hours, so a zone on a half hour offset is charted at its nearest hour. Each participant's card and the shared summary still show their exact local time.
