Amazing customer service

Super cool concept and execution, and the customer service is amazing if you need any help!!!

Great socially, BUT FIX YOUR GLITCHY APP.

1 star for attention, not quality.

Hey company,

So can y’all fix your app? Myself and almost everyone else on the app version of Meet Your Class that have to deal with the chat literally vibrating up and down and going haywire whenever you try to scroll or reply to someone else’s message. It is ridiculous, you should definitely have the budget and coding skills for this. These issues make the app frustrating and difficult to use, I’ve never seen this before in any other app with a chatting option. Your app is based on the chatting feature. Fix it, please.

For people reading through the reviews deciding if you should download the app, my answer would be yes, absolutely. It is so so helpful, it lets you meet new people, find friends and roommates, join insta gcs, ask questions, and overall yap about college. Would recommend usage of it. The one annoying thing is the posts and how long it takes for them to post you on instagram. I’d recommend just making a post on their platform, and make sure you’re verified for your college, because if you aren’t you cannot access dms or the chats. I met my roommate through a girl reaching out to me about a girl she knew that needed a roommate. Also, treat potential roommates similar to dating. You’re going to be living with this person for a year so make sure the way you both live and communicate (maintain open communication with them) works. Don’t just go with the first person you find, and if you absolutely don’t work with the only person you can find, your chances are better with the random roommate matching.
