Be careful Purchasing

So I purchased the October issue of their magazine, transaction went through but the content did not download on my iPad. Tried to restore purchase but got a failed error. Contacted support but it's already been eight days and no response whatsoever. Will report to Apple to get a refund. Be careful with this app- better stay away.
