Consistency pays off
I’ve been going to MegaFit for about 3 years now (2x a week) and look amazing for mid-40’s. It was really hard for me at first, but I didn’t give up! Helene Jenkins is my absolute favorite instructor and I follow her from Glendale to La Canada and excited to try the new San Marino location. You just have to put your mind to it, embrace the challenge and stay consistent!
