Disappointed
I’m absolutely disgusted with the changes to this game. The final straw is the changes to the industrial complex. I have been building it for years, patiently accruing gifts and investing my own money to build the different production buildings and in one swoop you’ve changed it all. You are a bunch of money grabbing fools. The game was amazing when I started playing each day over 10 years ago. Now it’s just terrible. I have finally decided it’s time to stop playing and your changes are responsible. You’ve destroyed something beautiful because you’re greedy

September update absolutely rubbish, destroyed all my hard work and no idea what the update has actually achieved

I’m not happy being zeroed out with each new update. The industrial update is terrible because now it’s using our resources from the mainland to build. I might have to find a new game. 😞
Awful, not a city building game
Every update is a downgrade. 10 billion micro transactions and a quadrillion horrible game ads just to be able to do anything. I’m quitting, after 5 years of playing. There should be a zero star rating option.
A Once Fun Game
I’ve been playing this game for quite a while now. When I started the mechanics of it were pretty straightforward. With each update it had become more tedious and complicated. Wait times for certain materials are extremely long, you cannot produce materials to upgrade buildings. They must be sent to you as gifts, rewards, purchased, or an ad has to be watched every 4 hours to receive a small portion of them each time.

I love game I spent loads of money on it but they keep changing- you have send planes to get bits to expand and have buildings that’s impossible to complete

Quite disappointed, tbh
I used to play this game so much when I was younger and I loved it so much. I loved how it was the perfect blend of being easy, satisfying and comforting, but also slightly challenging when it came to resources and building new sites. It was nostalgia that brought me back after a while of not playing it, but sadly, I must say I was quite disappointed. I’m not sure exactly why, but a lot of the game’s original components have been changed drastically, and it’s now extremely difficult to play without paying real money.
For example, it now starts you off with acquiring resources for trade, and your warehouse becomes too full almost immediately. It’s very difficult to expand storage each time. A lot of the original residential buildings also seem to have disappeared, like the cute bungalows. Everything is quite repetitive now too, with the constant trading back and forth.
These are only some of the things I’ve noticed that are new, but I’m not sure if they’ve changed for the better. It went from being a comforting game to honestly being quite stressful at times. I don’t know if more of the “original” things will be unlocked the more you play, but so far, I don’t enjoy it quite as much as I used to.

Attention. Pour construire votre ville vous pouvez acheter des Megablocks pour acheter des matériaux. Mais, une fois terminée, la société change les règles, par exemple détruit le périphérique, et vous devez le reconstruire autrement. Il s’agit donc d’une certaine facon de voler notre argent. Détruire ce qu’on construit n’est pas une attitude équitable et respectable auprès des joueurs. Le Service à la clientèle a refusé de me remboursé et a mis fin à la conversation. Vraiment pas digne d’une entreprise respectable. Dommage

The game its self has turned into a micro transaction hellscape, to even upgrade 1 building you need 100, 50 megabux which can be bought with $$$, and to even do basic things you need "tokens" which require you to do more pay to win stuff, this game used to be "ok" until you added 10 INDIVIDUAL SEPARATE BATTLE PASSES

Used to be a Great Game
I started this game probably over a decade ago when I was starting High School and it was super addicting and great. After not playing it after a year or so I’ve come back to so many weird updates. The airport/helicopter and warehouse is horrible. The amount of stuff you need to do to build and do project is ridiculous. Unless you’re actually spending insane amounts of money on the game it’s not worth it. You use to be able to just build and create your city without a lot of fuss and that’s not possible anymore. Not to mention. with all the projects and specials taking place at any given time your screen is taken up with a bunch of nonsense not letting you see much of your screen. So sad seeing this game wither away.

I played this game a long time ago. Today, I redownloaded the game, and I got put in my old save file. It has been a long time, so I looked to try to find a way to restart the game and redo the tutorial. Unfortunately, there is no way to do so. I would have played this game for at least a couple weeks if this wasn’t the case. Well designed game, I like the graphics, but no reset button.

Was favourite, now unplayable
This was my absolute favourite city building sim for years. I got to level 76 after playing for almost 6 years and have spent around £100 over that time for in-game cash. Since the newest updates, with remembering how to mine, then what is used to make what, whilst trying to remember so many items for different orders, and these HAVE to do done to earn contracts to complete anything in-game now. It’s made the game impossible for me to play, as it’s impossible to progress without completing them. The game is now just stressful, no longer fun. Very upset about this and can’t find another game I like as much. Turned into the same as the other rubbish city builders, just sending factory orders on demand, instead of able to earn coins by choice like before. Absolutely ruined your game making it unplayable for long term players.

改悪ばかりで引退
最近は特定の施設をグレードアップするために特殊資材が必要になる。今までそれらが必要ではなかった施設がある日突然アップデートと称した改悪でいきなり初期状態に戻され特殊資材が必要故に1からやり直しになる。それもワザとだろと言いたいくらい出ないか1種類だけ無駄に出て必要数が集まらない。最近はその繰り返しで資材のバリエーションばかり増やされすぐ倉庫を圧迫するので無償または有償紙幣（他所のジェムや石みたいなもの）が大量に必要になる。
また今までコンテストが開かれていた軍事施設や鉄道施設がいきなり使われなくなり長年育てた意味も無くなる。
最近iPhone17にしたが動作がカクカクしてフリーズや強制終了が多発。グラフィック性能を求められるCODやNIKKE等でもなかなか熱くならないのにグラフィックなど10年近く前から大して変わらないこのこのゲームが10分もすればすごく熱くなる。バックグラウンドで何かしてるのか？長期ユーザーだがこれ以上酷くなるなら辞める。

半年ぶりに改善された事を期待して再インストールしました。iPhone17でのカクカク事象は改善されたようですが、中身がさらに改悪され軍事、宇宙、地中探索等々、10年来積み上げてきた物が何の保証もなくアップデートと名ばかりの初期化されていたのを確認。
遂にアカウント削除申請し引退を決めました。
他所のギルド的な州の状況を見ても最早活動されている方の様子も見られず皆から愛想尽かされサ終目前に見えます。今更新たにやる意味も無いかと。
楽しかった思い出をクソみたいな改悪で汚してくれてありがとう、さようなら。

the update is absolute disaster
After the recent game update my cloud save account got forced into a retroactive mandatory beginner housing tutorial. The tutorial window locks the entire game UI completely, all buttons including close and back are disabled.
I clicked the required residential building icons hundreds of times with zero response, the tutorial interaction system is totally broken. I reinstalled the game and even logged in on PC but the forced account lock still exists.
I have literally no idea how you guys came up with such a genius idea to release such a wonderful update that ruined the whole city.
