Still the best
Been using this for donkeys years and it’s still the best on a 2023 iPad air. It still has the same bug where you re- open the app and it jumps pages sometimes. All you do is go back 5 pages and then forwards to where you want.
It’s a remake of the old Stanza app for yous that have been here a while.
Every few years I try the highest rated leaderboard apps, but this is still the best. It’s the amount of customisation that does it for me.

Mega Reader
Works great!
Keine eigenen Bücher möglich, schlimme Navigation
Zum eine kann man keine eigenen Bücher importieren, zum anderen kommt man nur wieder ins Menü, wenn man bis über das Cover zurück blättert. Dann ist auch noch das Fußzeilen Menü abgeschnitten.

3. Допотопный уродливый дизайн
4. Часто лагает и показывает две страницы подряд. Если читать, переключиться на другое приложение, потом вернуться, страница перелистывается и та, на который был раньше, пропадает
5. И этот ужас еде и платный.
Разработчики, скачайте себе в это приложение swift для чайников и научитесь думать. А мне верните деньги.

Best reader!
Since the last iOS update I can no longer open EPUBs straight from the safari browser. They said they would update it but that was months ago.
I also had to look for alternatives to stanza, and Megareader is the best so far. The only things that are missing is the ability to let the user create his own lists and to show the reading progress. But I love look and the support is great, too!

Cannot open ePub from Safari
After iOS upgrade to 13.1 I cannot open ePub files from Internet in MegaReader. Safari offers to download an ePub file to iCloud Drive. And then in iCloud Drive the only app to read the ePub is iBooks. Please do something so that MegaReader option becomes available!

I'm going to give this full marks. To have access to these kinds of resources on one's mobile is amazing in itself. I'm not familiar with all the techy stuff other reviewers mention but the app is well worth the money.

Уже несколько лет использую приложение, лучше ничего нет!)))
Для тех кому непонятно где книги на русском))) Необходимо прописать ссылки на опдс каталоги (кнопочка есть- добавить библиотеку) Ссылки на бесплатные опдс каталоги берут в интернете, Гугл в помощь.
Некоторые каталоги заблокированы по закону рф, например Флибуста, для того чтобы использовать данную библиотеку необходимо установить vpn (в апсторе есть масса бесплатных).
