I can’t complete making my account because the app
Was poorly designed and the keyboard covers the continue button without a way to minimize the keyboard. Deleting before I’ve even been able to use it.

Can’t access app
I’ve tried to reset my password, but can’t get the keyboard to collapse so I can finish the password reset.
Just a website
This app doesn’t do anything. It opens a website for you with the limitation that you have to know the business’s phone number anyways to search. So essentially you have to use a search engine to have this app open the website for you…
Please Fix
What I see on my MeGo calendar and what my stylist sees is totally different. Date of service is correct, but Service and Time is incorrect. Not sure what the disconnect is and my stylist seems is unable to correct what I see on my end.
Crashes
Crashes when I try to look at booked appointments. Annoying and useless.
Can’t do anything
Wanted to cancel an appointment and got an error saying to choose the cancel reason. Only thing is that the dropdown for cancel reasons doesn’t work and therefore you can not cancel your appointment. Will have to wait two days to cancel (the day before my appointment) because the business is closed tomorrow (sunday) and it is currently 10 pm so business is obviously closed. Deleted the app 5 seconds after getting due to no help.

Doesn’t work
Just like the salon’s web page, the app fields don’t work. The services and employee names don’t populate to book an appointment.
Too much info requested.
App is designed to collect too much personal information. Along with name, gender, birth date including month/day/year. Doesn’t allow you to skip any of this information. Without knowing where the data is stored, I opted out and deleted the app. My hairdresser will have to contact me the old fashioned way.

We are so excited to have the MeGo app. We are customizing it to our business and we are excited to launch this app for our clients. So far it’s been great, easy set up.

This works great for our spa and I have found no issues with it!
App Keeps Crashing
I’m not sure what happened with this app, but before I can even enter my login info, it immediately shuts down and closes out.
