Works well
Once connected it worked well. I found it easier to use than my other (more expensive) gps tracker.
Great App & GPS Tracking System
The features we needed were 1) to see all our trackers in the field 2) a secure way of sharing tracker data with third parties (in our case volunteers on a youth expedition). The app is super secure: it authenticates email and phone number on login which gives peace of mind when working with U18s. Once logged in you stay logged in and the app is really clear and easy to use. You can view where everyone is on outdoor maps and if anyone triggers an SOS on their tracker it pops up on everyone’s app. Simple but extremely well designed tracking app. The maps are superb!

Onboarding process
Longwinded log on process bounces me through email, then AppStore then text message.
