Do not use as a tourist!
You have to make an account and it doesn’t let you select many countries, for example… the US! After half an hour of jumping through hoops to make an account, it required BOTH email AND text verification. As I’m in a foreign country, my phone number is turned off and I had to abandon the whole thing. App crashes and is hard to navigate on top of everything. Maybe good for locals, but don’t waste your time with this and head to a local bike shop if you’re visiting.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Since then, we have made the registration process more international. However, verification of an e-mail address and a cell phone number are necessary for authentication in order to make the rental bike system as secure as possible. Good app performance can be enjoyed in the latest app version. We look forward to a second try on your next visit!
