I have purchased the monthly subscription to use the snow AI trend feature after paying the amount feature is not available also not other AI features working in app it’s a worst app also I tried paying for the weekly plan it was not accepting the payment n for monthly I cancelled the plan but the money got deducted while showing the payment error
