FILE AND TRACK CLAIM APPLICATION Perform post-sale activity by helping clients to file claim and enjoy the functionality to track claim status right from mobile screen. LOCATE MEKONG’S PANEL HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS Locate Mekong’s panel clinics and hospitals and get information on their location, direction, contact details and special benefits, etc. RECEIVE UPDATES FROM MEKONG Receive news and updates from Mekong including updates on insurance benefits and additional benefits from Mekong’s business partners. To be able to use MMI Mobile, contact our Head Office or any of Mekong’s insurance advisor, then fill in personal information in IA Application Form and IA Contract. Then download the app and upload these documents together with identity document (National ID Card, Passport, etc.).
