wasting rakyat resources
we have been paying all sort of taxes to feed these people to develop this app, end up this app is still useless. certain functions are not open up, create app for the sake of creating. better use the fund to develop other road safety development etc…rubbish app!!!

Salah satu app yang paling sampah pernah aku jumpa.dah tahun 2025 ni wei.nak bayar cukai tanah tapi portion untuk tick bahagian tu tak ada.ni bukan apps tapi sampah yang semakkan phone aku
Not user friendly
Kena masukkan nombor akaun manual yang panjang 27 digit. Tak boleh paste. Patut detect pakai ic je ok kot. Nak bayar kena ikut amaun, tak ada fleksibel untuk bayar selain amaun.
BUAT MALU JABATAN JE KAU NI MAT
Kalau rakyat komplain kau koyak, tapi membazir duit rakyat macam tak ingat mati tak ingat akhirat. Bodoh piang tak boleh bawak bincang hawaw ni. Dah tua pun BODOH lagi. Pastu lead jabatan sampai semua jabatan nampak bodoh.

Please lah fix this apps regularly!!!! This apps always crashed after I've made a payment and didn't get any notifications or email notify that I've made a payment. But in bank it has been deducted 😤

Rasanya dah boleh kot update ke kemaskini balik apps awak ni sebab bila kita register terus dia mcm blank dekat menu screen tu. Sy nak guna utk smart parking pun susah la dah biasa guna apps instead off coupon parking. Tolong segeralah betulkan. Kata nak Melaka Maju.
