Can’t sign in
It won’t let me sign in using my current username and password. :-/

Try turning of Bluetooth.
I turned off Bluetooth and the sign in page appeared. I was able to sign in and the camera worked. Have not yet tried sending paper work yet.

This was a very useful/helpful app until I updated my iPhone to iOS8. It. It no longer works. Very frustrating and would love to see the "bugs" get fixed as soon as possible.
Used to work great
Like many others the iOS update stopped my app from working. I'm so upset as this is a crucial tool to manage my business!!!! Please FIX ASAP!!!!

The app used to work! And it was sooo helpful! Now it opens and try's to log in and it just shows it thinking.

Not sure what's going on with this app, it stopped working! It works like magic when it worked, now it just flashes the log in screen, then becomes unresponsive with the wheel spinning for what seems to be forever. Please fix it!!!
Still Not Working Right
This app just shows the wheel of despair. It does not open up to allow the scan and upload. Likely an iOS 8 issue. Pls fix asap.
Not working with iOS 8
Like the other uses above, my Quick-Send does not work since the iOS 8 update. This is dissappointing, since I really needed it to work this past weekend. Does anyone have any information on a fix for this?
iOS 8 destroyed my app
After updating my phone the app doesn't seem to work. It opens and flashes the login screen. The it is unresponsive. Not sure what is going on with this new update. Please fix the bugs!
IOS 8 appears to break the app
I don't know if it is an iOS bug or quick send bug but the app is immediately unresponsive after opening after iOS update same problem on iPhone and iPad.
Fantastic app!
This app is awesome! No need to fax paperwork in anymore! I used it for the first time today and it's seamless! My customer was in the system within 30 minutes. It could take up to 24-48 hours for it to go through, which I'm sure might happen at the end of the month. No need to call in the paperwork with this app either! Love it!

Great app!!!!!
Amazing app., takes a very clear/clean picture and sends it in to the company. Very easy to use. Was concerned after the first time I used it, cause after it did it's thing, a message popped up saying to allow 48 hours. I thought, "oh man, I could have faxed it and gotten it there a LOT faster than that". Next time I used it was at 10:30 at night (got the same 48 hr msg)... Next morning at 7:45 I called the company and it had already been received and processed!! Turns out, the 48 hour thing is just their outside/ guaranteed time! It's actually pretty much "real time". Very impressive!!
