Poor colour choices
The black colour doesn’t seem to make it possible to easily read it on the phone, the background and text become one

Good app, streaming still a moderate debacle
The app’s great, very useful, some minor tweaks would make it excellent.
The challenge again this year is the streaming. It’s easier to get to, and that’s great. You can view using Safari on iOS devices, it says, but when you buy the tickets and go to do it - it doesn’t support the current release of iOS!!

Almost perfect
Only thing that would help is a self populating calendar.....
Some excellent features some gaps
Pros : date browsing , the look of it , the exchange feature. The digital tickets , being able to save these into the wallet feature on my iPhone.
Cons : you can not browse without the date . Eg look via category such as look for lesbian movies
Using passes for two people at the same time is clumsy and annoying .
The web option is far better .

What a shocking app.
Can’t log in to buy tickets. When you search by category it shows you last years film. Useless. Emailed them to tell them. Ignored. Shame. Worked well last year. Was a great app to buy tickets and plan the festival.
Unable to use
I’ve downloaded this app 3 times, twice it loaded with 2019 films, most recent download shows no films. I’ve deleted it each time before downloading again. I have an iPhone 5s on iOS 12.4.1
Great app
Once you get the hang of it it is a brilliant app: it’s logical, has a couple of ways of looking at selections, and Ferve have done us a service by keeping it consistent from year to year. The only thing missing is an algorithm for detecting overlapping sessions or impossible venue to venue transitions. And it would be just perfect if it could make all the decisions for me!

I simply love using this app, it was quite handy to track daily movie screenings. One amazing feature is the ability to add ticket to Apple passbook right from the app!

This app really helped navigate the festival's programs, keep you on track and buy and store tickets. Couldn't have asked for more from an app for a film festival.

How easy is this App to use?
This feature-packed little App is a breeze. Next year add the capacity to vote in the audience survey and the option of using Paypal and this funky little App will be perfect.
Best MQFF app yet
Love it. Easy to use and meets all my needs
A must have for any movie goer
If you don't know what to see or concerned if session times will clash, this app is a must for any MQFF fan. I love how it gives you a link to the movies and also you're able to search movies using the filters. Love it!
Terrible
Worst app ever. I can't count how many times I have deleted and downloaded this to try to get it to work. It worked fine at first and I bought lots of tickets and downloaded the Q codes for the tickets. Then I updated the app. I couldn't log in then. Delete and re download. This happened a few times and each time my Q codes would be re loaded onto the app. Then I updated the app and the codes no longer could be retrieved. Further deleting and re downloading didn't help. So I've lost my Q codes. Now I can't even log in. I can log in fine on the website. This app has also crashed a few times. I have iPhone 5. Really annoying app. My advice is if it works okay DO NOT UPDATE IT.
