They never works the charger and the app as well a proper disaster
Complete network failure
Having attempted to charge in various locations, without success, I called the number on the charger.
What a joke - the response was, yes, the app doesn’t work, it is a known problem and no idea when or if it will be fixed.
They suggested to me, a non-resident to apply for the local card which will take 2 weeks to arrive.
This company is a joke, do not rely on them or you’ll be in trouble.

Unreliable App
The worst app I have on my phone.
It doesn’t let you unplug your cable, sometimes your cable will be stuck in the charger because of that. I wish they would have some way to be contacted. Thr idea of charging easily in the city is great but the app is terrible.

Poor app and experience
Used the app with a hire car in Mallorca. Fortunately had an octopus card too, or we would have been properly stuffed! The app is very buggy - shows units as available and suddenly they flip to unavailable and back with no reason. Charging can start through the app but often then stops after around 5 minutes, delivering no charge at all. The units themselves are either not working, missing or ICEd across the island. The paid for networks are much better and more reliable (sadly!)
