This is so awesomeeee! Tobehonest, it is not literally 100% that youll fall to sleep once listening to it. It might take time especially when you let yourself to go to sleep and dont think anything much. I love the customize part and timer. And that you can go out from the app while playing it. So convenient.❤️❤️
