Hi! We are sorry for any confusion. Please note that this app is a companion mod installer that requires the original game Melon Sandbox installed on your device. To make sure your mods work properly, please follow these steps: 1. Make sure Melon Sandbox is installed on your iPhone. 2. In our app, select your mod and export it to Melon Sandbox. (For character packs, import all required .melmod files first, then the .melsave file). 3. Important: When Melon Sandbox opens, tap "Add" immediately to confirm the import before returning to download other items. If you still encounter any issues, please reach out through the in-app Contact Support button so we can assist you directly!
