App NEVER works
We order food from Melt all the time. The app lets you order the food and add to your cart but out of 10+ attempts has only let me check out once. Ever other time I’ve had to call the order in. WHHYYY?!? So beyond frustrated with this app.

Unreliable communication between order in App to Restaurant
Ordered through App twice. Both times the location asked me if I ordered at the right place then made it when I arrived.

This app 100/10. You may ask, is that possible? When cheese is the limit, anything is possible. Melt by 1000!!!
App does not work
I love the restaurant but cannot get the app to work. I have the most recent version and a new iPhone, so not sure what the problem is.
I can order online but it doesn’t email a confirmation, so it makes you question whether the order was processed.

No password reset support app crashes everytime I try to add pierogis.
Everytime I go and add pierogis to an order the app crashes and shuts down. Also no support to reset a forgotten password.

Great restaurant not so great app
I am trying to order a Cheeseburger and add Bacon as a protein and the app no longer lets you do that. It’s has 6 vegan add ons but no regular add ons. Not sure what has happened but I will not be able to use the app for my orders. Oh, and the website is the same way. You cannot add anything but vegan options to the burgers.
