Missing Russian Language Support

The app does not support Russian, which makes it difficult to use comfortably.

Love the app, doesn’t support my specific use case.

I’ve tried this app and really enjoyed it for managing my notes for one role. However, it’s only set up currently for people who have one specific role. As soon as I added a second job to the mix or started adding personal notes, the space simply got too cluttered.

Had to switch to Craft in the meantime because they support the ability to easily switch between multiple “spaces” where I can segment different jobs and roles from one another, as well as maintain a dedicated space for my own personal notes.

Overall, it’s a great app. My use case is not everyone’s use case. But I do hope that Mem will consider adding segmented spaces in the future so I don’t have to create multiple accounts, each with their own paid subscription. That just doesn’t make sense for most people who wear multiple hats. If they’re able to do this, I would absolutely switch back.

Simplify your Personal Knowledge Management System

I have tried Evernote, OneNote, Bullet Journal and other tools to take and organize my notes and resources. Mem is the best and easiest tool I have tried. It automatically organizes and improves my notes increasing my ability and capture and retrieve key information and quickly prepare reports and agendas for meetings and follow up with people who report to me.

Surprise 2-hour meeting limit; some bugs (explained below)

Happy to change this to a five-star review if this gets fixed. I’m a paid user on the Pro plan. I had switched from Granola which is able to record long meetings. Mem seemed better because all my personal notes and meeting notes can live together. I joined an important industry webinar that was four hours long. I left my computer because I knew Mem was taking notes, and it was really the summary I needed, but when I can came back I was surprised to learn Mem has a two hour limit on the paid plan. Why? Very disappointed, I needed that info and relied on Mem when I should have used Granola. I’ll also sometimes ask the app to make a change to a note (that is clearly selected and named in the chat) and it makes changes to the previous note I was working on. The typing in the iOS app also feels slightly delayed, not as fast as Google Keep or iOS notes or Granola. There are other small bugs I’d like to see fixed and features I’d like to see added (e.g., better task management capabilities), but I know those things will take time. Currently, the two hour limit recording time was a big disappointment, especially because I had relied on Mem. I’m rooting for Mem. There needs to be something like this on the marketplace. Mem just needs to get the meeting call length and features quality better, something closer to Granola. Happy to change this to a 5-star review if the recording length gets fixed.

Glitchy

Spent 30 minutes trying to get my calendar to sync. It never did. Nice idea but it's supposed to save me time, not add to my work. Hopefully it'll improve.
