WHAT YOU CAN DO • Timeline — A calm feed of recent memories, plus Lifeline coverage from your date of birth, with gaps you can backfill. • Ask your memory — On-device search across titles, notes, people, and places. Get a short answer from what you have tagged — no cloud AI. • Places — See tagged places and photo locations on a map. • Import → Moments & Library — Recover memories from your camera roll in clusters, or browse and multi-select from your full library. • Today review — An evening pass through places, photo moments, and freeform catch-up for the day. • Tag sheet — One place to capture or edit a memory: title, note, people, place, media, confidence, and milestones. • You — Permissions, on-device backup export/restore, and delete-all if you want a clean slate. BUILT FOR PRIVACY • Memories live in a local database on your device. • Photo originals stay in your system Photos library; Recall keeps small thumbnails and asset links. • Contacts and location are optional and used only to help you tag. • Backup is something you choose — export a .recallbackup file via the system share sheet. • Place search may query open map services when you look up a place name; your memories are not uploaded.
