So inconvenient
My app won’t even open. I’ve updated, uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing. It’s been days! I can’t transfer, the app just crashes
Too Slow
Whenever I TRANSFER a payment from my checking to my ‘bank’ CREDIT CARD, it takes so long to have it shown on my credit card account. 🤷🏻♀️ THANK YOU for your time and concern. 🌹
Poor update
The my card function continues to freeze when I try to transfer money from savings to my credit card. It says my information cannot be shown at this time. MFCU is almost at the point it is unusable. Please correct this.

Not working
It has not been working for days. At first I thought it was shut down for routine maintenance; however, I haven’t been able to open the app for days.
Cards quit working months ago
The “cards” tab to turn credit and debit cards on/off quit working months ago. All I get is a notice when I log in saying that the cards tab is unavailable when I log in. I spoke with a person at the Garden st branch yesterday re. a different matter and she says it’s due to my phone not being the newest model (2020 [running ios 18] vs 2014 or later models). A banking app should function regardless of the model year of a person’s phone, especially if apple is still giving security updates on that phone model, not everyone wants to drop $2-3k on a new phone every year/every other year.

Update = “Application Failure, come back later”
The latest up date keeps giving a spinning wheel of death saying “please wait”; follow by “application failure” and booted back to log in page. I’m more than willing to trade a app for the branch lobbies being open on Saturdays again.

Well I thought I had a legit cashier check. I went to my local branch and within they informed me. That the check was fraudulent and o was being scammed
0 Stars-NO check deposit
Even with “mobile deposit” written on checks-system (more likely MFCUFL) will NOT deposit checks. This 20+ yr member of MFCUFL (members LAST credit union) is closing all 4 accounts on Saturday. Choose another credit union folks, members do not come first here anymore.

I would say the only thing I would like to see changed if they would tell you about your credit card the information of where you spent it they can easily calculate it
