The app has improved over time. Bill pay is a bit challenging bc it doesn’t guide to the specific site to make changes. Hence, I made changes at CU site that did not change payment as needed so I’ve received negative letters regarding payments not on time.

We currently have two credit unions that we use. This credit unions staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Their online banking is easy to navigate and you can find everything you need.

MFCU app is designed for ease of use. I have never encountered issues, and find it quick and easy to navigate. I also like all the capabilities it had to manage my banking! I enjoy using it.
