Both website and app constantly fail to load accounts requiring multiple login attempts.
Awful!
Never works…on phone, various laptops…I have to login more than SEVERAL times to display account info. Called web support and they say they have not received any calls. I find this strange. I have uninstalled/reinstalled app many times…I have latest IOS software, etc. I have been with this CU for 32 yrs, but with no access to online account info…sadly time to change banks.

The Worst
This is the worst bank app I have ever dealt with. This bank also has the WORST customer services. The people at the phone company are extremely rude and unhelpful. I have this bank for about a month now and not one single person can tell me how to access my bank. I honestly don’t even want the account anymore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who lives in 2018 to use this bank app.

Hate it
I love my bank. I really do. But this ap is utter trash and entirely defeats the purpose of online banking. When I pay a bill, there’s no reason the money shouldn’t be deducted from my available funds. Especially when I’m paying WITH THE AP ITSELF. I’ve already been hit with fees after a check didn’t deposit correctly and I wound up overdrawn. I’ve changed banks due to moving to different states multiple times and this is the only ap that hasn’t actually kept my balance up to date.
