No way this app is for a bank
I honestly don’t understand how a bank can operate with an app this unreliable. Every time I try to log in, it becomes a frustrating cycle. The app doesn’t save my password, constantly logs me out, and forces me to re-enter my credentials over and over again.
What’s worse is that even when I enter the correct password, it tells me it’s wrong and kicks me back out. Then I’m forced to reset my password—every single time. It doesn’t matter that I just created a “new” password minutes ago; the app still won’t recognize it. So I end up creating a new password every time I log in, which is completely unreasonable and defeats the purpose of having secure, consistent login credentials.
For a banking app—something that’s supposed to be secure, reliable, and convenient—this is unacceptable. It turns a simple task like checking my balance into a stressful and time-consuming process. This needs serious fixing.

The update is awful
Since they have updated the app, it has made it nearly impossible to log into the account. I’m constantly waiting on a verification code that will not get sent.
Needs overhaul
This app needs an overhaul! Every single time I log in, it closes out and I have to open the app again and even then it doesn’t log me in when I try. It wants me to keep entering my password. You’re better off using the internet browser.
Needs improvement.
Every time I try to open up the up, I use either the face recognition or manually enter my password and it logs in and closes the app. This happens almost 9 times out of 10. It’s very frustrating.
