Mobile banking has changed without no update
I have been logged into my account for hours trying to make my mobile bank credit card payment since yesterday. I don’t know what has changed but I wish they would have gave us the heads on the new updates. I hope when I reach out to them tomorrow morning they won’t penalize me for making a late payment.

Transfer fund
I made a transfer of 150 and that money is gone there is an issue on members first end
Face ID
Face ID option is now gone (terrible decision, slows things down by a ton) and it's always down or something
Can’t login at night
I’m shopping online but it won’t let me login because it keeps saying data base unavailable so then I go to there website to try to login and it says the same thing this isn’t the first time it happened and I’m sick of it I should be able to login to my bank at anytime
Unable to reset my password
Unable to reset my password and it doesn’t have the Face ID option. Please fix!!!
Always crashing/Frustrated
I hardly use the app but when I do need it I’m always receiving an error message. Went into the branch to inquire no one knows anything about the app or how to help. People this is 2023!! If we are to use you as a primary finance institution the app needs to work. Please look into fixing this issue.

Poorly designed
This app is not clear or helpful with managing accounts. Very displeased. Only good for checking your balance.
Great app
Wonderful to see the account and the ability to transfer funds. Unfortunately does not work with Touch ID and Apple Pay.

You all need to activate Zelle
Great to check balances, mobile deposit updates are terrible.
Great for balance checks, transfers, and mobile banking. The updates for mobile deposit make it impossible for me to make deposits from my device. It’s so frustrating that I cannot use that feature.

Never lets me log in. Always crashing. Not nearly as up to date as other credit unions/banks. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend MFCU.
Authentication Each Time with Touch ID?
I thought the point of Touch ID was so you do not have to enter your password each time. With the latest update, I am required to enter my authentication phrase every time I open the app. May as well use my PC or laptop to do online banking. Please fix this. The app WAS awesome and five stars.

Online bill pay feature still doesn't allow us to select a current date for payment. Only allows a date weeks in the future-useless! Please fix!!!
Annoying
I am constantly having to register my phone every time I close the app and revisit it. It's a huge pain to have to either wait for an email or go to a computer just to check things from my account. Super annoying! Please fix as soon as possible
Decent app
Overall app is nice, but it needs the ability to save your username like every other banking app has.
Additionally, the ability to see your credit cards would be nice, but that may be a bank setup issue and not the app developers fault.
